Expert Parent Toolkit
Guides on contracts, mental health, injury prevention, balancing GCSEs and football, plus drop-in Q&A sessions.
Independent · Anonymous · Safeguarding-led
Buzz Community Sports is the first independent, safeguarding-led platform where academy parents can safely share their lived experiences — anonymously and without any club involvement.
Your identity stays private. Your child stays protected. Your voice shapes the future of youth football.
Why Buzz Exists
Behind every academy player is a family navigating pressure, uncertainty, pride, and silence. Parents see everything — but rarely feel able to speak.
Buzz was created to change that. As academy parents ourselves, we know the fears:
“Will this affect my child’s place?”
“Will the club see what I say?”
“Is it safe to speak honestly?”
Buzz removes that fear by staying completely independent from clubs, coaches, and governing bodies.
Our Independence Is Your Safety
Parents will only speak openly when they know the platform is:
Your voice is protected. Your child is protected.

Five steps — built for safety, not surveillance.
No child details. No club verification. No risk.
Your insights help build a clearer picture of the wellbeing journey inside academies.
No individual comments are shown. Only patterns, themes, and trends.
Clubs who genuinely support young people are highlighted — based solely on parent experience.
No influence. No visibility. This is what keeps the platform safe, trusted, and credible.
Why Parent Voice Matters
Your experiences reveal:
This is not criticism. This is collective insight that raises standards and protects children.
What members get inside
Guides on contracts, mental health, injury prevention, balancing GCSEs and football, plus drop-in Q&A sessions.
Anonymous Q&A and advocacy campaigns. No coaches or scouts peeking — ever.
Practical calculators for fees, travel, schooling and post-academy planning — built by parents who’ve been there.
Recognising Excellence
Buzz is not anti-club. We are pro-wellbeing.
When parents consistently report positive experiences, we highlight those clubs as examples of excellence — without any club involvement or influence.
This encourages a healthier, safer, more supportive academy environment for all young players.
How recognition works →Our Values
No club involvement, influence, or visibility.
Transparent, honest, parent-led.
Protecting children and families above all else.
Supporting the whole journey, not just performance.
Data that cannot be manipulated or pressured.
These values are non-negotiable.
Global Vision
Buzz reflects the values seen in international initiatives — including Vision 2030 — where wellbeing, opportunity, and excellence sit at the heart of sport.
Our model is built to scale across:
Wherever young people play, parents deserve a safe, independent voice.
From the Founder
“As an academy parent myself, I know how isolating the journey can feel. Buzz was created to give families a safe, independent space to speak honestly — without fear, without pressure, and without club involvement. Your voice matters. Your child’s wellbeing matters. And together, we can build a healthier, more supportive pathway for every young player.”

Yes. Joining Buzz costs nothing and there are no hidden tiers. We exist to support parents — not to monetise them.
We never ask for your child’s name, age group, club, or any identifying documents. Your account is verified as a parent — not against any club or governing body. Contributions are aggregated into trends, never shown individually.
No. Clubs, coaches, scouts, and governing bodies have zero visibility of the platform. There is no club-side login, no dashboard, no data sharing. Ever.
Because parents will only speak honestly when they know there is no risk to their child. Independence isn’t a marketing word for us — it’s the entire reason the data is trustworthy. Read more on Why We’re Independent →
Only what’s needed to verify you as a parent and let you contribute anonymously: an email, a password, and the experiences you choose to share. We never store anything that could identify your child. See our full Trust & Safety page →
Recognition is based solely on aggregated parent experience. No club applies, pays, or influences a listing. See how recognition works →
